All new homes must have securely fenced yard, no exceptions. All puppies will be microchiped and registered with (AKC) American Kennel Club. Puppies going to companion homes will have AKC Limited Registration. Must agree to neuter or spay at the breeder's recommended age of 2 years or older. Exceptions for medical reasons. All puppies sold with sales contract.

 

Health Certificates

We take all puppies to the vet for a health exam.  Health Exam, Vaccinations, Bile Acids is a (liver shunt) testing and Wormer will be handled at the Veterinary office before pick up. We can provide a health certificate for those who are crossing state lines. You will be taking your puppy to the vet soon after pickup-you can get a chip at that time. The buyer agrees to take this dog/bitch to a licensed veterinarian of his/her choice within 48 hours for a physical examination and for continuation of vaccines. Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the breeder, the puppy may, upon written diagnosis from said veterinarian. Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen and paid for by the breeder. Should said veterinarian not concur with the diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the breeder and the buyer. PUPPIES WILL BE LIVER SHUNT TESTED BEFORE THEY LEAVE!

*Congenital Disease Guarantee: If a congenital disease develops within one year of purchase [I the breeder reserve the right to have the animal examined by a vet of my choice at my expense to confirm the diagnosis.] [This does not apply to faults or defects, which were disclosed at the time of purchase.] Buyer shall be solely responsible for all cost and related expenses of returning puppy/dog to Seller. Should buyer decide to keep puppy/dog he forfeits all claims and shall be solely responsible for any and all future Veterinarian bills for puppy/dog. Buyer agrees to provide regular veterinary care as well as the proper daily maintenance to keep the dog/bitch in good health. Failure to do so will VOID the Health guarantee.

There are some ground shipping options we have used in the past, but ground shipping is slow.  We prefer pick up in person.
